Advising VieJa Utrecht regarding the further professionalisation of its quality policy, after the organisation received the HKZ certificate in 2008 (Harmonisation Quality Assessment in the Care sector). Guaranteeing high quality service standards and embedding the PDCA cycle (Plan Do Check Act) within the organisation. Providing management advice on opportunities for improvement.
