Responsible for strengthening the Amnesty departments abroad, especially in Morocco, Turkey and the Philippines. The focus was on developing action programs, organizational development and coaching of local directors.

Managing the STV team and guidance of the merger process between STV and the Shelter Federation (now Valente). Responsibility for strategy, organizational development, finances.
